All she needed was nap. She'll be all friendly now.
look at it from the bright side: at least she didn't die while you were gone.
Why haven't the creators of fml added an old persons section yet? OT: OP you did the right thing helping her
ahh at least she can't abuse you now
just gently lay the jacket on her lap and run away let someone else deal with her
God forbid the cold hearted get cold.
Retail workers need to be able to invoke a bullshit policy with customers like these. "I'm sorry ma'am, but you've exceeded the amount of bullshit I'm able to deal with for my current level of pay. Please leave the store and return only when you've realized that customer service workers like myself are not punching bags and are not the cause of whatever is making you treat another human being so horribly. Have a great day!" I've dealt with customers like this before. There was a customer who came in with a terrible attitude, yelled at my coworker at the service desk asking why there was no one on the floor to help him... apparently walking 5 more feet to find me would've been too much of an imposition. And when I went over to help him he gave me a photograph that had a fabric he was looking for. He wanted the exact fabric, the same exact one... I asked him if he had purchased it in our store before, he said no.... I showed him a fabric so similar that no one would really notice the difference. It was striped, had the same colors and everything, his response "I don't want that, it's so ugly!" he then left claiming he'd "find the fabric elsewhere." yeah, good luck buddy, it's not going to happen. Some people just need to stick with Internet shopping and not go out into the general populace.
Well, how long were you gone for?
"No rest for the wicked" must not apply to her. :P

I have to hear the follow-up here...
Should've "accidentally" bumped into her wheelchair. So she would have awoken.
