Today, I got my first acting part. I played the role of a bad boy who has to grab the leading lady's ass, who then slaps me in the face. The ass grab was done in one take. The slap required 14 takes. FML

Today, I had a completely improvised audition for the school play. The director called me and one of the cutest guys auditioning to improvise an intimate scene. Knowing that I'm a complete klutz, I wasn't all that surprised when I tripped over my feet and landed with my face in his crotch. He was. FML

Today, I auditioned for a part in a play. I've been practicing for months, and was very excited. After I'd finished singing, the director whispered something to the other judges, and they all laughed. Hard. So much for the lead role. FML

Today, I showed up on set for a film that I booked a role in weeks ago. At the time of the audition, the script was being rewritten, so today I was so excited and eager to be told what my role would entail. When they handed me the script, my character was described as a fat, ugly, awkward girl. FML

Today, I had a theatre performance. I had to put on a lot of makeup for the role, and one of the guys said I looked nice. I smiled and said thanks. Seconds later, I'd been sucker-punched by his girlfriend for "flirting" with her man. FML

Today, my family came to see me in my first acting role in Romeo and Juliet. It all went reasonably well for the first half hour or so, after which my seemingly shitfaced aunt started heckling and saying, "That's what she said" after every line, before eventually being thrown out by security. FML

Today, I auditioned for a part and made it because the director thought I would be "perfect" for the part and I was "just like the character in every way." The part is for a schizophrenic drug addict who everyone hates and is stabbed to death in the second scene. FML

Today, I finally got my big TV debut. After thousand of dollars in acting classes and years of waiting to become a professional actress, I got featured in a commercial. I will be rubbing toilet paper against my face for all of four seconds. Hurray, fame! FML

Today, I kissed a boy for the first time in over a year. It was at drama club practice, and he quickly ended up asking the director if we could remove that scene from the play. FML

Today, I was in a play and had a battle scene. I got a little too into it and wound up twisting my ankle. The audience was treated to me screaming like a little girl before face-planting the stage a moment later. FML

Today, it was opening night for the play where I was, for the first time ever, one of the leads. I went on stage with a loud and energetic entrance. I came in two scenes early. FML

One grab is far more than I will ever get in my life with a girl. At least you got at least one good grab minus her 14 slaps. I would just get the 14 slaps with no grab. FML

Ok no way this is 150% fake I go to NYFA (New York Film Academy) and we have screen combat classes. You never actually make contact with somebody else. If this is real, OP, sue.

haha I know exactly how that is I had to be the one to get slapped in a play once, we rehearsed that part like 20 times... probably had something to do with the fact that the teacher in charge hated me lol.

It's called stage fighting... If they have the other actor actually slap you, you should leave the job. Your face helps get you the job, so it shouldn't be harmed while working.

That's bull. Stage fighting, sure, but a slap isn't going to hurt your face so much you won't get work. The absolute worst it could be would that it'd be a bit blue the day after. But I think it'd just get red for an hour.

Or just grow a pair and quit whining.... Wanna be famous? Then take your shit. If you want a job without theses types of things you should be an accountant, they don't have to get slapped.
