Why couldn't they have just transferred you to a different store? I mean it sounds like you two have been working for the company about the same amount of time.

if my sister and I where in that situation, I would of turned downed the offer, unless it is somewhere in which I went to college for.

Sounds like they may have done that to get rid of you. I'm sure you can find somewhere way better to work OP.
