Today, while picking up my 14-year-old sister, a friend of hers asked if I was her mother. I'm only 17. FML

It happens. When I was 5, and my two 15 and 17 year old sisters went out with me, people asked if they were lesbian teen parents

I feel you OP? I am only 22 and a kid from my cousins class asked me if my child was in the class

I'm 22 and have a kid, it's not that crazy for them to ask you.

Well you can take it as a way of the. saying you look mature, or that you at least won't need to get a fake ID.

Accidentally said ydi. And they probablydidn't see your face

Spreading foundation on your face like cake frosting is very damaging to your skin.

The kid is 4, so maybe they just assume everyone is a parent. Or, maybe there are some teen parents with 4-year-old kids in the class. It likely wasn't meant to disparage you.

Sorry, OP, guess I misread 14 as 4. Still, maybe she was just trying to be funny.
