Wobbly

Today, after doing inventory at my job, I was approached by a co-worker who I had always thought was cute. I tried talking to her, but it was hard as I kept trembling and stuttering from spending two hours in a meat locker. Now she assumes that I'm "special". FML

Tell her you can last two hours in her meat locker.

Did you ever consider, oh I don't know, talking to her when you WEREN'T hypothermic? Or is that just a crazy suggestion?

Special people need love too! Run with it! LOL

Why didn't he just wait till he wasn't freezing...

She approached him... That would have been awkward. Is he just suppose to stand there? Silent?

Well, he could simply have commented that he just expended two hours at the meat locker, just for the sake of conversation. Jesus, people these days find very hard to comunicate in person!!

But that would be the smart thing to do....

Or he could just explain the situation to her... "Sorry I keep shaking. I just did inventory in the meat locker for two hours straight. It sucked" is easy enough to say. And he might have even gotten some sympathy points from her, too.

I think that the point was that she approached him. It would look even worse if he just ignored her while she spoke to him. Of course, he could have told her WHY he was stuttering; she would have understood!

I think it'd be kinda rude to just walk away from someone who approached you without saying anything. And if he did say something, he'd still be trembling and stuttering from cold, and be right back where he started. Edit: Whoops, looks like a couple of people got ahead of me while I was thinking of what to type.

Social fright is common. This is one of the best things to try and get over though. You can use it in more than your love life, like your buissness life of something.

It wasn't from social fright, just the cold for 2 hrs.

I get the distinct impression that you misunderstood this fml...

That's how I am when I meet a cute girl, regardless if I'm cold or not... Haha. Just try again op. :)

That's what i thought.. Just try again(after planning carefully and typing everything you would say)

go ahead …someday you guys will yelling each other without feeling like whats been there

First get that "special" pity, then kindness, then love, then sex, then.... Take it step by step

He has to take her out to dinner first

Why are your comments always about sex...

24. Always? I hadn't realized it till now. Sorry if I grossed u out. Also sex isn't new or strange on FML.

That sucks OP but let me tell you from experience......... Don't date co-workers

You're so greedy. You're hitting on one girl after you spent two hours in another one's meat locker. Ingrate!!! So, even if that's how you roll, all hope is not lost -- pity sex can be very hot.

Dude, she approached him. So you're saying he just shouldn't have talked to her and walked away? How would that have worked out?

Dude, you obviously can't detect even the highest levels of sarcasm.

I think you might wanna clear things up with get... You know, so everybody doesn't start thinking that too.
