Licence to drive

Today, after failing my learner's licence twice in the previous weeks, I finally passed. As I got home, I went for a drive with my dad. I smashed my mum's car into an old lady's fence and ended up in her backyard. FML

Oh really? Cuz I'm pretty sure that out of me and my four brothers, they all had to take the permit test AT LEAST twice (one of them had to take it FOUR times) and I, the only girl, passed it on the first try. They have also all been in accidents. I have never been in an accident. Shut the **** up, #54.

Notice that the OP did not put their gender. However, we can all safely assume that this person is a man.

Funny you should say that pimpin (funny is a sad, stereotypical way) because our RTA here will fail young men on their final driving test the first time as "a matter of principal". Sure it's not ethical but it still happens. .... yes kiddies, there is life beyond the stereotype.

shouldnt have gotten em if ya didnt pass the first time.... next time learn to drive in a parking lot first.... an empty one!!! best bet you might just hit a curb or two

Darling, The exact same thing happened to me - instead it was a tree and $6000 damage. Get a few lessons with a driving instructor and you'll be good. All the best, hope to see you confidently on the roads soon!
