The amount of rudeness people will go to just for stupid little things like that. We recently had a store reset at my job and the customers literally took it upon themselves to bitch the employees out for moving things. Like it's our fault. Some people are just assholes OP.
Ah, customers. The joys of retail.
I'm so confused as what to say right now
what.
Damn... Sounds like someone needs a smoke... Get it! Because of the smoke counter! Ah good times
Normally this behavior isn't because of anything you do, or have done. Someone expressing this outburst emotion generally has far worse problems happening behind the scenes.
Why was the bugger upset? Its not like they have access to smokos.. They are always behind an opaque door so customers can't see them in those ughhly green packs, also you need to ensure you sell them only to adults, plus they are high value items so under a watchful eye. You're lucky you got away with that. I've had customers try and grab mine from my shirt pocket.
