With everyone else. You're not supposed to have your phone ON during an exam, much less be checking it. Any test I've ever taken, you'd get the test taken away from you and ripped up, along with receiving a zero score, if you were checking your phone while it was in front of you.

If I were your teacher, I'd consider giving you an F for cheating just because you looked at your cell phone. Your mom is still incredible, though. Does she have any kind of explanation for her behaviour?
