Today, my boss scheduled a staff breakfast at a swanky new restaurant for all the hard work we've been doing. The dining area is on the roof, and the building has no elevator. I've been in a wheelchair for 11 years. When I brought this to my boss's attention, he said it wasn't his problem. FML

He has to by law to accommodate to your needs. You can sue him.

That's against the law, he has to accommodate to your needs.

Watch him fall down the stairs, and when he tells you what happened just say "that's not my problem"

How in the world would someone deserve not being able to get to the roof of a building for dinner because they were in a wheelchair for 11 years and have a pompous ass of a boss?

What kind of building like that wouldn't have an elevator?

I'm pretty sure you can sure him and the restaurant.

I thought all restaurants now had to be wheelchair accessible. Not sure if I'm buying this.
