People need to realise that not all disabilities are visible. My disability makes walking excruciating, I have a valid badge on my windscreen, yet because I'm young and don't have a wheelchair, I regularly get shit from other drivers.
Comment moderated for rule-breaking.
Show it anyway46, that's a really naive outlook. Just because someone is young doesn't mean they aren't in excruciating pain when they walk. Just because they look healthy doesn't mean they are healthy. For some people, "toughing it out" could mean they only do that one thing for the whole day due to pure exhaustion from walking those extra few metres. That comment makes you an asshat.
46- your comment is a bit ridiculous. I'm almost 31, and have had 3 spinal fusions and a recent surgery to place a spinal cord stimulator in my back. I live with chronic pain that could make someone want to kill themselves. So, since I'm young, I should let the person in the wheelchair take a parking spot? I probably would do that to be kind (I have no doubt I would), but YOU have no idea who is "deserving" of a handicap parking space. Your logic sucks.
Not to be rude, but if you are in a wheel chair you should not be driving alone. I understand some people want to be independent, but I almost lost my ability to walk because an old, handicapped woman was driving alone and had some sort of attack and almost killed me and my sister. It is also rather cruel to tell someone who is terrible pain they need to walk a few extra feet because they look young. If its that hard for you to go to the store, order groceries online or have someone come with you.
Hey
My uncle lost use of his legs years ago and therefor has to use a wheelchair, yet he's still driving. Whenever he gets a car, they wire his accelerator and brakes to his steering wheel to where it's kind of like an extra set of signals. He can drive like any other person can, maybe even better because he's more cautious. In your case, it seems to be the lady had a condition that influenced her driving skills in a way a physical disability wouldn't. So don't blame it on her wheelchair, blame it on whatever else she had.
Who the **** are you to enforce parking regulations on your own? Batmetermaid? A lot of people who have handicapped placards don't have visible disabilities. My psychiatrist issued me one because I told him I have a debilitating fear of walking long distances.
Perdix is suffering from severe sarcasmia. No cure for him, worse luck. It doesn't seem to be contagious though as it's gone right over your head.
Let's see, adjectives that work for you: A: asshat...that's good B: Shitehawk...humm, never heard of that one C: Douche Bag... fitting and to the point D: Jerkoff.. again, no wasted words, right to the point Always look before you "leap". What if it had been a little old lady, how "manly" would you feel then? How about the wife of a 6' 5" 260 pound guy? Maybe he would have gotten his point across by flattening the point on your head. Besides, who made you the "parking god"?
Just bc people don't appear to be handicapped doesn't mean anything. My Dad, Mom and Husband are all disabled and walk around pretty well. Both my parents drive nice vehicles. So when people park in handicapped parking it's probably for a reason. Total douche bag move!!!!
You should know that not all handicaps are visible. Some "asshat" might not have a wheelchair or mobility aid - but might have an artificial leg you can't see or some sort of disease (weak heart, cancer, etc) that make walking long distances either painful, difficult, or dangerous. Quit being such a nanny and mind your own business.
What the **** is a shitehawk?
Am I the only one who didn't understand this post?
Clearly 60 isn't the only one, as many, many people have made similar comments.
I'm not entirely sure I know what half the words you used mean. Still sucks though.

Hah. Shitehawk. Anyway, why are people solving things by being impulsively aggressive, nowadays? Geez.
