You do realise that a large percentage,not all of rich business people, are psychopaths or have psychopathic tendancies.. It depends on what you want in life, money, or being able to live with yourself.

I don't know if you need to read this as you may have already heard this before, but don't change who you are. You don't have to change your personality just to get ahead. There are certain aspects of yourself that you can work on, for example: confidence, assertiveness, etc. That may help in the workplace and maybe even in your social life, just don't become arrogant or controling to the point of being a dick. There are successful people in this world that are good. They may be few and far in between, but they're there.
