Banger birthday

Today, it was my 19th birthday. My boss let me out early to celebrate. On my way home I was hit by a man doing 65 in a 40mph stretch of road. My car was completely destroyed. I spent the rest of my birthday sitting in the ER being treated for a pinched shoulder nerve and whiplash. FML

I'm glad it was just a pinched shoulder nerve, whiplash, and a totalled car. Yes it sucks, especially to happen on your birthday.. but it couldve been much, much worse.

It could have been worse. Way worse. my 21st i ended up getting ran over by the sober driver because he forgot to put the Truck in park and freaked out when i fell out after he had stopped to let me out. You should just feel lucky it wasnt worse. so dont say FML. be happy for getting out alive. I spent 3 months recovering thanks to an invention called a wound VAC, it would have taken me alot longer. Im just glad im alive. And you should be too. Cars are replaceable. not lives.

yeah, so no one can say FML unless they die? and if you die, you can't really post an FML. so i guess there should be no FMLs because your life is so much worse than everyone else's.

Thay sucks, whoever pressed YDI serious must have no friends, how does a person deserve that? Even if it wasn't as bad as it could have been it was still bad and it could have been the worst thing they have ever gone through.

Yeah, welcome to Connecticut. I knew people here couldn't drive if it was their job before I moved up here and still wish that I had a gun installed in the hood of my car every day.
