Today, I received several pairs of panties in the mail that I'd ordered online. When I opened the box, I was shocked because every pair was basically huge granny-panties. I was sure none would fit properly, but I tried them on to be sure. They fit perfectly. FML

Today, I bought some cheap panties from a local store. They were great, so I ordered two dozen more, from the store’s website. Turns out the size L from the internet is just about the same as the size S from the local store. They told me that I couldn't expect different colors to be the same size. Go figure. FML

Today, I grabbed a pair of pants from the dryer in a hurry, trying to make it to the bank. When I rushed in, I felt something fall down my leg. It was a pair of my mom's granny panties that had been stuck inside my jeans. I kicked them aside, hoping no one would notice. They did. FML

Today, I received a package and excitedly tore it open. It was a specific dress I'd rush-ordered for an upcoming special event, but the company had sent me a size meant for a toddler. I'm not sure whether to laugh or cry. FML

Today, I was trying on some new pants in the fitting room at a store. I was so overcome with joy when I noticed that I had dropped two pant sizes, that when I took them off and went outside to pay for them, I realized I forgot to put back on my original jeans. FML

Today, my husband bought me XL pajamas for my birthday. I got really angry, telling him that's obviously not my size. I tried them on just to show him how ridiculous they look. They fit. FML

Today, I picked up my daughter from preschool. Her teacher handed me her nap blankets and mentioned there was an extra article of clothing I might want to take home. I looked in-between the blankets and saw a pair of my giant granny panties that had gotten mixed in with her stuff. FML

Today, after I ordered a pair of "one size fits all" leggings from a sketchy online store, they arrived. I eagerly tried them on only to discover they fit… but only one leg. Now, I’m stuck with what looks like a bizarre spandex leg warmer. The company doesn’t accept returns. FML

Today, I ran out of clean boxers. Thinking nobody would find out, I snatched a pair of my wife's panties. Later, we had a cook out for my birthday, where some of my old pals thought it would be funny to pants me. FML

I'm not sure if you're complaining about the size of the panties, or the style. Either way, as long as they fit and are comfortable this shouldn't be a problem. Just an optimistic view point.

Hey, things like this happen to all of us. After you're done growing up, all you've got left is to grow out. If it bothers you, try dieting, but I'm sure you're not as big as your mind is making you think after trying them on.

I have the same problem. Things look wayyy bigger then they fit :( But as long as your happy with your body and healthy, that's all that matters.

Actually, because it was underwear, op probably couldn't even return them. Almost all stores won't allow you to return underwear for sanitary & hygienic reasons. So she would've wasted a whole lot of money if they didn't fit. I've had my mom buy a few pairs of underwear for me when she was at a certain store, only to get them home and find out they didn't fit; nothing you can do about it unfortunately.

And why did we need to buy new panties? That's right because you stretched the elastic to the breaking point. My advice is that you should quit wearing panties all together. A scientific fact I just made up is that that the more women wear panties the more elastic their bodies absorb. The absorbed elastic goes straight to the boob which causes them to sag.
