Bureaucracy

Today, I ran out of my antidepressants, and I cannot get more because my local hospital is closed, and I can't register online because the only way it will let me sign up is over the phone, due to me living in a rural area. I'm mute. FML

if you go to a local pharmacy with the prescription they may give you a few days supply until you can get more. I've done that and it really really made a difference.

maybe a friend can help out? or the former doctor you had?

Sounds pretty depressing. At least you have a reason.

Why do you always post such stupid shit, Pencil Dick?

I was going to say something pretty funny, but it was mean, too. Sometimes when you're nice, it just sounds stupid.

How about using a text-to-speech program or app on a PC or tablet, and then put your phone on speaker? You would at least be able to explain your situation

You need to email the hospital or have someone call for you.

Do they have an email address or web chat based system? Otherwise A neighbour or someone could call on your behalf. Their service fails on accessibility!

use the services that deaf folks use. you would type to an operator and they would be your voice

So you're familiar with TTY services then?

OP I will call them for you or record myself saying what you need to say. I hope you get through this. My offer stands.
