I don't really see the relevance of you bashing a song-performance to your employment-contract (in my country if this led to you being fired that would with absolutely no doubt be an illegal firing). But I do see the problem of your attitude that you felt the need to talk shit about coworkers. That is not contributing to anything positive, and I think it's fair to be reminded about that. From that to termination on the other hand is just a sign of a sick powerbalance between employers and empolyees
