Your spelling is on point today
Don't let it happen again.
I was only joking, I guess people don't take to kindly to my rude humor
16, it happens to the best of us :-). I learned not to comment on FML while in the hospital, being pumped full of meds.
OP, eat a Snickers. You're not you when you're on a diet. Snickers satisfies.
#20 , we did at comment #18 . You won't always get thumbs up on every comment you make . Take it easy (:
To hell with snickers! Get some Skittles. You'll see and taste the rainbow!
Are you sure you weren't nibbling on his carrot?
Yeah! Cheat on your diet and just be fat! To hell with exercise too! Let's all just eat whatever we want and not worry about our health at all! :D
...one snickers is not going to ruin an entire diet... Losing weight is NOT just about eating rabbit food and healthy things all the time. If you count your calories and keep up a calorie deficit through diet and exercise, then you will lose the weight... You can eat so much healthy food, but if there's no deficit, you don't lose weight. So eat that snickers bar and just cut down on something else later!
True but it will become a habit if OP does it daily... I definitely support the calorie counting then working out fact because it's true . Anything that tastes good will most likely be super bad for you with all the sugars and fats in them . Eating healthy is a lot of sacrifice in the tasting department but you'll get used to it overtime and the outcome will be what you deserve . You are what you eat (:
#6 Lol someone's cranky today. Maybe you need some sleep...
Control. It's all about CONTROL.
Hunger has no control.
CHOCOLATE! CHOCOLATE! CHOCOLATEEEEEEEEEEE!
That is unfortunate. Don't feel too embarrassed because honestly, we all think aloud sometimes. Be proud that you can restrain yourself and commit to a healthier lifestyle!
Who needs to live healthy? When I go it will know what killed me and I will have enjoyed to entire process. I will never let myself get over weight but I won't be living healthy either. For that matter I say live life to its fullest
Let the downvotes commence, but I'm with you, 49. I've never been overweight, I dont exercise save walking the dog or to the kitchen, I love sweets and sugar, although I love some healthy stuff too like spinach and salmon. I smoke, I drink, and quite frankly, I don't want to live to be 80 or 90. When I am no longer able to wipe my own ass, I'd like to call it a life.
#60- But if you take care of yourself now, you are more likely to be able to live to be older and still healthy. My great-grandparents are still alive, they're 83 or so, and they live on their own, go fishing, and drive themselves around. I personally would rather die knowing I did my best to stay healthy, and was able to live to be 90+ without health issues brought on by myself.
No thanks. Don't particarly care for much on this earth, why drag it out for a hundred years?
This is my semi serious side coming out so sorry. Diets are only as good as the work you're putting in in the side. Take a good multivitamin to stop random cravings, eat smart but tasty, and spend 45-60 mins exercising (walking, jogging, biking, push-ups, sit-ups, anything) every day. And don't say you can't because I bet you spend at least an hour in front of the TV daily.
Give up TV? Burn the heretic!
*Grabs pitchfork* Get him guys!
"Sorry ass hole it's mine *^*"
That would depend on whether OP is male or female
Well women tend to go on diets more often than men so OP's probably a woman.
I know, but a woman says 'I want you' and the guy backs away from her? Does not compute.
she might not be attractive to him...but if she sticks to her diet then she might be...that's just how shallow a lot of guys are.
I think you have a problem, OP...
I would have inched away too, except I would have grabbed the Snickers first. No one's getting my chocolate.
Keywords
No shame in loving chocolate. Camly grab it and run away.
To hell with the carrots!
