Today, i had to explain to two different adults that being illiterate is a valid reason to fire them. I have absolutely no idea how they were hired in the first place. FML

I guess it depends on the job. Dish washer, no; copy editor, yes. I can see you getting sued for discriminating against people with dyslexia.
