I use to yell at my dad because he'd leave soda cans everywhere with cigarette butts in them, and then they'd be right next to mine and I'd drink them. I feel your pain.

meh, i once drank a pop that someone put chewing tobacco in, trust me, that is MUCH worse

Same thing happened to me when I was 11 or 12... except it was dip and not cigarette ash. =(

I have a fear of doing that because I did it a few times when I was little. Both my parents smoke and would ash into soda cans. Now I always smell my drink before sipping it, even when it's a clear bottle or glass.
