Come again?

Today, during an otherwise promising job interview, I was asked how much I thought was too much for a "good hit of blow". I must have stayed speechless for too long, because the guy's next words were, "Yeah, you're not cut out for this." I'm shocked and baffled too. FML

Does he want to hire ex drug addicts? Op, you don't want that job as obviously the Man's a nut

That guy sounds like a chronically stupid dope. I hope you got up and blew that joint with the greatest speed. Obviously his meth-od of interviewing was terrible, and the job is probably not all it was cracked up to be. Go make yourself a pot of tea, or have a diet Coke, and forget the whole thing.

Sounds like a job that runs drug dealing behind the scenes. You don't even need to be bothered by that and risk your future on that bullshit. Good luck trying to find a job!

What the hell kind of job were you interviewing for that prompted that question is what I want to know!

Call the cops and tell them you know of a known drug pusher. Afterward tell his boss he was dealing in the job. either way he'll get fired, arrested or both.

You were interviewing for the power top not the bottom, right?

Before she got married, my mum used to work as a receptionist for a record label, and she used to get speed for the A&R guy to give to the bands. Her boss knew but turned a blind eye until another employee filed a complaint so he had to fire her. And I don't know about in the States, but in London the entire journalism industry basically runs on blow. So it's likely this guy was being serious, depending on the job. A lot of you are very sheltered.
