Just shy of 30 years ago, I met the man I married. He was in the army, had 3 kids with a money-grubbing c*** of an ex wife, a bigoted b**** of a mother and a dying father. I still married him 5 months later. I loved him then, just as I do now. He was my husband until a distracted driver took him from my life 5 1/2 years ago. If she truly loves you, you'll be worth the hassle to her. I'm sorry you lost your lady but hopefully in time, the right one will come along and stick with you through thick and thin.

How come you had come to the point of being engaged and ready to get married and your fiance didn't know about your ex-wife and what she's capable of?

Personally I wouldn’t want to marry a guy with a crazy ex in his life who will try to sabotage our relationship. Something tells me this may not be the first time it happens. Get a restraining order on her and try to see if your ex fiance has the heart to take you back.

I'm curious what an ex could say to ruin a marriage. She must have revealed some massive dirt on you or she just had cold feet and was looking for an exit.
