Today, at work, I was helping a customer over the phone. Another customer came and asked me a question. I let them know I'd be with them shortly. They then said "I really think you should hang up. The customer is always first." FML

But you're helping a customer anyways! Some people feel so entitled when it comes to retail I hate it so much.
