also, to people saying to flip through them, a lot of these books come wrapped in plastic and have covers that don't obviously state what they are so its not obvious that someone's buying it or has it if someone sees it. i've seen these things before and its easy to not know
You don't flip through books before you buy them? I figured that was a logical thing to do.
Being a manga reader this is histarical to me. At least now you know that if you know nothing about the subject do a little research....or in this case, flip through the damn thing.
YES! THANK YOU, SQUICKEN! I'm a big manga fan too, and finally somebody else understands how specific it has to be!
Bahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhaha!
To all the people saying "Just flip through it": In my experience adult-content manga are usually wrapped in plastic (another thing that should've tipped the OP off)
the white covers are to stop young eyes to be layed upon them.either way, im sure they didnt mind a free **** magazine.
I just love the poster's chosen name.

I think you should have looked. That's what I would've done.
Everyone's gotta see naked girls sometime. But you could've [should've] asked a sales person if you've never bought Manga before. Or at least found one age appropriate. Sure you didn't get the color code, but you could always ask. Or flip through it. Or the old "ask her what her favorite is". At least you know she read it? I get books all the time when people are like, "Oh, you like fiction right? Here's these books about wizard-wannabes." I never read them.
