Do it on company time

By Ayeya - This FML is from back in 2009 but it's good stuff - United States

Today, I wanted to print out a 100-page game strategy guide using company's printer. While not wanting anyone to find out about this, I picked a time when I thought no one would be printing. My CEO ended up standing next to me for 10 minutes, waiting for his stuff to print after mine. FML

Game strategy guide? 100 page? At work? Bound to happen.

why wouldn't you print it out 10 pages at a time - then even if you got caught no one would care?

Lets just keep the ''fun''stuff for home...

FAIL: LOL. Hahaha in front of the CEO!!!

lol this is absolutely hilarious - but I do have a hard time believing it 1 - Why would the CEO use the employee printer to print their stuff? All the places I've worked, the boss usually has his/her own printer. If there's a CEO, I'm assuming it's a fairly large company and that the CEO's can afford keeping a printer for themselves! 2 - Ten minutes for a hundred pages? Most company printers should NOT take that long. Maybe it just felt like ten minutes.

I'd have printed it in groups of 10 pages to ensure that something like that doesn't happen. -_-

#55, I work in a multinational, and even our site's "big boss" has a desk in openspace like everyone else, and no personal printers... About the time, think about the situation - wouldn't it feel like 10 minutes for you too? ;)

Jesus CHRIST!! You must be pretty ******* LONELY to print a 100 page game guide! Where are u gonna put that? The Internet?!

You wait till work is done for the day. YDI.

#59, leave superstition out of this and think - you really think he would print it to put on the internet? That is one of the most inane comments I've seen in this site.
