Just tell him that unless he wants the court coming after him for child support, he needs to go in half on the procedure then BAM! Problem solved and maybe you both will learn a valuable lesson from this.

Accepting a Friend's Request and Paternity Papers are two totally different things. The second, he will have no choice to deny if presented properly.

Guys I think what OP is trying to say is that her relationship with this man isn't even respected enough by him to accept a facebook friend request... OP, maybe you need to get his ish in order and either try and figure out an arrangement or look into other options :)
