Wouldn't it be considered unprofessional for them to call you and not just simply answer your review with an email and your doctor doesn't do the billing he most likely has an accountant who does that

Why would you think the best way to handle a problem with a place you visit frequently is to post a public criticism with a 1-star review that identifies you personally?
it shouldn't be a problem at all actually. it's well within ops right to say whatever they want and the doctor can literally do nothing in retaliation, ESPECIALLY within the practice. if op finds it awkward they can simply find another doc

Then switch doctors? Find a new practice. Just go to your insurance and look up doctors in your area
