Everyone's a critic

Today, I finally left a one-star review for my doctor’s office. I mentioned my doctor was epic, but called them out on their poor billing practices. I got a call saying my awesome doctor actually owns the clinic. My next appointment is going to be so awkward. FML

Wouldn't it be considered unprofessional for them to call you and not just simply answer your review with an email and your doctor doesn't do the billing he most likely has an accountant who does that

Then switch doctors? Find a new practice. Just go to your insurance and look up doctors in your area

Sounds like a hole lot of probing will be going on. With oversized instruments straight out of the fridge.

I'd probably be feeling tongue tied, but you can overcome the awkwardness.

Why would you think the best way to handle a problem with a place you visit frequently is to post a public criticism with a 1-star review that identifies you personally?

it shouldn't be a problem at all actually. it's well within ops right to say whatever they want and the doctor can literally do nothing in retaliation, ESPECIALLY within the practice. if op finds it awkward they can simply find another doc
