what a horrible thing for a mother to do, I can't even imagine putting may birthday above my child losing a pet. I hope you didn't get her a gift.

my cat passed away the day before my mothers birthday. there was nooo way she would do or say something like that! she was next to me helping me through it. guess my mother isnt an attention seeker nor rude like yours seems to be. sorry to hear about your cat :(
