I am sorry you got injured. You do realize that there is a difference between children’s rides and adults rides don’t you? While you didn’t deserve to get injured, you had no business on a children’s water slide. The older you are, the less flexible your bones are and the more prone to break - Wait until you are in your 60’s then it gets even more obvious. You are old enough that you have to make the transition from doing children’s activities to being an adult. Sometimes that’s boring - Other times it’s great.
The kids probably thought that was funnier than Eric the Rent-a-Clown or the train-half-snorter.
My first (and only) broken bone was when I was 21 and I fell off a tub while playing The Floor Is Lava and broke my coccyx.
I cringed just reading that
Despite the term "boner," there are no actual bones in the human coccyx.
Don’t worry, I did something similar. At the end of June, I decided to ride a kick scooter for the first time since I was 8……I got one block away and then somehow flipped over the handle bars and ate shit. I didn’t break my hand, but I did slam it into the concrete so badly, I couldn’t use it at all for 4 weeks. I only started being able to open bottles and jars until a couple of weeks ago. I am also 28, lol. I think this is the point where our bodies are like, mmmm…no.
