Hopefully you are just renting. It would cost ex-husband a lot more to buy and sell again to follow you again than it will for you to move.
If ex-husband was/is abusive you may be able to get a restraining order keeping him a certain distance away from you at all times. Do check out if you can do that.

If things become an issue amd you don't want to go through legal issues and expense of a restraining order, get a peace bond. A peace bond is basically the same a restraining order but free amd the police will get involved if he does anything to break it.
