Today, I told my boyfriend I was pregnant. He seemed thrilled, and went to buy some wine to celebrate. He left 11 hours ago and won't come back. FML

The fact he said he was getting wine should've been the first hint.

Why would he get wine if your pregnant..?

Anyone can make a baby, but it takes a real man to be a father. Good luck though.

Who the hell buys wine to celebrate being prego?

Funny to see how many women come on here an instantly blame the male, did you ever think that it's also the females responsibility as well or are you all just lazy women who expect males to do everything? They blame us for sexism take a look at your self feminists.

That's why you shouldn't even be f*ckin in the first place at that stage. Shit happens...YDI

Nice guy you picked to be the father of your kid/s

I don't quite understand how these scenarios happen. At least one of you has to be retarded, and I can't know which one of you. I mean, if you're conciously on a baby project, then that's something you should have talked about already, and if you've not talked about it, then ******* use contraception. So either your boyfriend is a dumbass for not knowing that without protection, this can happen. Or you're a dumbass to assume that your boyfriend wanted children without ever mentioning it.

#254 the only retarded one is you for thinking contraception's are 100% effective.

I guess it sunk in deep shock.... Only he can drink the wine as well so I guess you should have realised

That's why the good lord invented birth control.

You mean abstinence right? Because that's the only contraceptive that works 100% of the time.

False. The chances hormonal contraception (pills, injections etc.) fails are little to no. In fact, if you get pregnant despite taking it, it indicates some hormonal dysfunction in your body. If you're one of those people going around babbling "if you don't want kids don't have sex", then in all honesty, go **** yourself. Your "opinion" is wrong and I hate you.

So because the boyfriend wasn't planning on having a kid it's alright for him to run away and leave OP alone to raise the baby? Ummmm, no. Just no. If you're willing to have sex with the opposite sex, then you're going to have to deal with the consequences. He needs to man the **** up and take care of his baby.
