HELP!

Today, I reached behind my couch to plug my phone charger in. My arm got stuck and I had to wait for my roommate to get home to help me. FML

...Your couch must be pretty damn heavy considering you couldn't nudge it back just slightly enough to get your arm out. That or it's nailed to the floor?...

Because they had to have seen how tiny the space was before sticking the arm in, if ti's really that tight to get stuck in. So if they had stopped for a just second to think, they would have either moved the sofa beforehand or decided on another outlet to use instead, thus avoiding the problem.

Next time think before you act, and move the sofa before you stick your hand in a space that you had to have noticed was too small while you were still trying to put your arm in it, if it was really small enough to not let it off later.
