I've been flung face first into cement begore. It honestly didn't hurt that much. It was more like my face instantly became numb. My face was swollen for a week though.

Actually, you didn't introduce yourself to the cement, you introduced yourself to the concrete. Cement is a component of concrete, so it would like eating a cookie and saying you ate some flour.
