I feel you OP, even as i teenager i understand how much acne sucks.
I would say this sounds like PCOS, but then I saw that you were a guy. Maybe get checked out by a physician and have some blood work done.
Honey.. get tested for Thyroid issues.. Also possibility is testosterone.. go see your doc.. please.
I don't see why 14 & 15 are getting down voted. Yes it may just be age, but there is also a possibility of a health issue going on here as those are the symptoms of some health issues, like hypothyroidism. OP did say his hair was "falling out" instead of just "going bald" too and depending on how much is falling out a one time it could be an issue. Either way though I would go see a dermatologist too and see if they could help with the acne OP.
It seems your youth may be dying. Hope your virginity hasn't.
There are hair growth products that you can buy. Go to the gym or go running for 45min-60min 4 days a week or more. (Idk how much exercise you should get) I've heard that Proactive works well for getting rid of acne.^_^
Proactive isn't very good.
ewww
*cough* bitch *cough* Very unnecessary to say that, OP is obviously having a rough time and probably doesn't want nor need your put-downs.
#20 you're a bitch. People like you just piss me off with your stereotypical bullshit.
You should get blood work because those symptoms are common of hypothyroidism, though the disease is most common in women. Other symptoms of hypothyroidism include cold intolerance (feeling cold all the time) and extreme fatigue. The symptoms of the disease are a lot worse in adults that children/teens. You should definitely get checked out, though obviously the problem might be different. If you do have it, I'm sorry, because it sucks. Source: I've had hyperthyroidism and currently have hypothyroidism.
I agree with 21, there may be a health issue going on here.
It does seem metabolic and most likely thyroid-related. Definitely worth a visit to your physician for some simple lab work.
You could always work out, put a wig, and/or have acne cream/wash
I think shaving his head or getting a buzz cut would be better than a wig. If he gets a wig we could hear of a wig related fml.

Don't stress over it man. It'll only make it worse. If needed consult with a dermatologist
