Mm I would pay more attention to your sibling she might try to attempt suicide and got caught or you came home earlier or some other thing I'm telling you this cuz I used to try to kill my self and I was always waiting to be alone and one time I forgot some razors at the bath and my mom ask for them which I just say I was just trying to learn how to shave with them so I might be wrong but just keep an eye on them

Let it dry out it will be fine.
A toaster isn't so expensive. It's more important you explain to your (hopefully very young) sister the dangers of putting electronics in water.
Kids just get more and more dumb.
