Keeping up

Today, lots of guys my age are confident and in the best shape of their life. I've been working out since high-school. However, since I turned 20, my body has become increasingly injury prone on my joints and tendons from wear and tear. I feel like I'm slowly breaking down and I'm only 24. FML

Oh lord, wait till you get to 30’s or 40’s. FWIW, I destroyed my back at 27, and at 39, I’m in even worse shape. If anything, you might want to check if anything is wrong including autoimmune issues. I suffered a horrible autoimmune disease issue at 16, right after contracting hantavirus, and I’m still suffering from related issues, including heart, joint, muscle and other issues related to it.

And that, my friends, is why professional athletes have such a short carreer. Try some sport that doesn't destroy your joints and tendons, like swimming.
