Don’t panic but I had this, followed by blindness in one eye, followed by being diagnosed with Multiple Scleroris. You’ll be fine though
Not for nothing, but if the change has been sudden rather than gradual (and even gradual can possibly be iffy), you might want to check and see if there's actually some sort of actual physiological/neurological issue that's been developing recently. Knowing for sure can't hurt, at least, and it'll let you be more proactive if there is something going awry with your wiring.
