Im sorry but this is just not a real FML, it's so obvious because the story just doesn't add up right...
I've found parents lack innocence in a lot of areas where they blame their kids. they're probably try to make up for their own lack of ability to do just that thing but it's hypocritical as ****. sorta like "do as I say not as I do"
Doesn't really sound like your mom likes you: First she tries to get you killed by running a red light, then she yells at you for her mistakes.
Sage advice sadly it don't come from someone who practices what they preach
your mother makes me sad that she doesn't pay attention i lost my mother in october because she didn't realize the stop she came to wasn't a four way now they have signs saying as much :(
Wth??
Talk about hypocrisy.
I think running a light is better than causing a wreck
Running red lights has been the source of many wrecks.
Yea, I know how you feel. Whenever my parents are driving, I have to yell at them to go so they can't say I wasn't paying attention. And even then, they get mad at me for raising my voice.

Seems pretty irresponsible on her part to have her eyes off the road. You're actually lucky there wasn't a car crash in this situation!
Sometimes parents love to blame you for their mistakes
