Lol dats horrible but i cant help but laugh
Probably the kids imagination, little kids sometimes don't know that things like that actually hurt they just think it's cool.
As long as he doesn't really do anything. I remember hating my teachers in school and doing similar things. I'm actually glad they didn't get those drawings. At that time it was kind of funny, but now I know better. Sorry he hurt your feelings OP, but don't take it too hard.
I would also talk to the childs parents. Typically, it amounts to the nothing, and the child has just watched things like Batman or Ben Ten or something along those lines from a young age. I've seen many kids come through preschools, drawing what is supposed to be other people being shot, or had lasers or fire powers or all kinds of things. It's how they learn what is and isn't socially acceptable, and what is fantasy and what isn't. They learn these things mostly by adults reactions to what they have presented. Also you'd be surprised at their level of drawing skills. I worked with a three and a half year old who could draw dinosaurs with an impressive level of detail for his age, and you knew exactly what it was. I'm assuming this FML contains both what the child has told her the drawing is of, as well as the actual imagery of the piece though. At his age he would have to be a savant to depict a person to the point of knowing exactly who it is. Sorry for the novel and highly possible grammar mistakes...
I used to do that shit. No idea why. But aside from severe anxiety, I'm perfectly fine and nice to everyone. Hopefully that's the case with him., excluding the anxiety part.
He needs help.
This kid needs to get counseling.
Ask him if he knows the word "therapy"

Wow, I'd be talking to that kid's parents.
Yeah, talk to the parents. That was entirely inappropriate. Some action needs to be taken before he grows up too much on that path!
