That's what you get for dating a LARPer :P
He's probably ERPin it up!
...I'd take that deal. In my case, my boyfriend would probably come along to help though. I'm the healer, he's the DD.
when are boys (and in some cases, girls) going to start putting real life first and silly little games second?
When you spell "girl" properly.
I've done end game on many mmos. And I missed enough of raids due to real life. I have had my fair share of texts and calls like that and my response is not my problem tonight.
Next time say this: "SIT YO ASS DOWN! This is our time, your guild can wait." I hope you didn't break up with him over this. It seems like he made a mistake.
i bet he got some epic lootz
I have no idea what this person is even talking about. Figured out its about "gaming" from the comments. Thank God I have a hubby that lives in the real world and would rather actually socialize than sit behind a screen.
So basically you're saying "shame on people who enjoy playing video games to relax and have fun!" You do realize that you can still socialize on the games, right? There's nothing wrong with using video games to unwind. It's just the same as some people reading or watching TV to enjoy themselves.
Yes, it can be social. But when you blow off commitments for pixels that stop mattering the day you stop playing (loot), you need to get a reality check. And this is the same for any hobby. Moderation is key. If you have a special event with a loved one, that should be the focus of the night.
64, that game is awesome. Sorry for the unrelated post I just had to say that.
That's the problem with dating a physician -- they've taken a Hippocratic Oath to help the sick and injured. I hope he doesn't come home covered in blood. On the other hand, you can dump him for a nerd; sure, his income will be less, but at least you'll always know that he'll be plopped on his couch playing video games.
Lol! Thumbs up!
