I hear that on a regular basis. I teach children from Kindergarten all the way up to high school and the language is the same, it simply becomes used more frequently as the kids get older. And as for #44 who made the comment "American kids aren't like that.", you are right. They carry guns and knives. They don't swear at teachers, they hurt them.

Did you just make a broad generalization about an entire country as if it were fact instead of your own personal prejudice? Wasn't that right after you informed us that you are responsible for teaching our children at the most impressionable stages of their lives? Interesting concept.

maybe because it's not the kids, it's stupid over controling power hungry teachers such as yourself that drive kids to do that. don't blame us blame yourself.

My mom comes home with stories like this all the time because she works at a daycare with toddlers. They just pick up what they hear on tv or what parents say. The stories usually make me laugh this isn't really a FML but it's not a YDI either. :3
