80 Im a teacher at a daycare and I know kids say things like that all the time. One of the two yr olds in my class came up to me and said "ms Amanda will you blow me" he had sand in his eye.

I don't doubt that kids use foul language, but your example sounds more like an adult's dirty mind at work. ;)

Hahah yeah, kids are just like that a son of my TA is in kindergarten, and one day he came home, and randomly exclaimed "what the hell??"
