OP I suggest that you film your neighbor so you can have physical evidence if they try to pull the same thing again. Also if it persist you can keep the recordings and show them in court if things start to get out of hand.
I think op might have just been too confused to think to do that. I certainly wouldn't have seen it coming.
That may not be the best idea. She may call the cops thinking she is being stalked or something
If OP films her own yard then, yeah, it's a great idea. Not only will it show that her neighbour's a psycho, but it will also catch her trespassing.
And this is why you use a cell phone or something to record random shit as it happens... Sucks that your neighbour is a psycho asshole.. Good luck.
Buy a security camera :S That woman is all kinds of crazy
How could they? Dust the cage for fingerprints but that's a bit extreme
That actually would be a good idea, but I wouldn't put it past the crazy neighbor to wear gloves while she was framing OP. OP should get a motion-activated camera to catch crazy neighbor in the act.
Tell the cops you were stealing it back because she stole it from you
Who steals a cat :s
Keywords
Why would you steal a cat and then just leave it in a cage in your garden?
"The cat is my witness."
