What warplayer said. It's not fun. I have Meniere's disease which consists of vertigo. Get as much rest as you can, try not to watch tv in the dark, and a fan or fresh air can help
I have the more lasting vertigo that comes and goes my Dr gave me a med called antivert which worked really well that and she said go to a physical therapist theres a technique they can use to manipulate your head that will fix it if its being caused by an ear blackage, worth looking into
Dude, had it and it was terrible. I felt as if I were in a boat and the only thing that made it stop was sleep, sleep, and more sleep. Basically eyes closed.
Enjoy the rollecoaster ride of your life :)
I had it bad for years..the episodes would last for days and all I could do is sleep. The doctors put me on meclazine (sp?) and all sorts of drugs, along with physical therapy trying to control it. Eventually they put me on Topomax to control it. I had issues with the side effects, so they put me on Verapamil. It has worked so well, I haven't had issues in years. It might be worth looking in to. Good luck.
I have vertigo, it only effects me when i stand up for a few seconds. It's terrible, i can't even see.
I have Vertigo too. It doesn't last days though just a few hours of puking and not being able to walk.

Can actual drinking reverse that?
I think we should try this. Any victims? I mean volunters?
