Oh God OP I know the feeling... I was once ill at school (I puked into my hand literally as the bell rang at the end of class and managed to keep it in my mouth as I ran to the toilets, it was horrible) and my stepdad came to pick me up. My school was ten to fifteen minutes away from my house by car but he took a detour to a DIY store to pick some stuff up, taking up an hour into town and I had to sit in the car for half an hour while fearing I would be sick again. Thankfully I didn't, but I was in so much pain. You have my full sympathy OP. :(
For everyone saying open the door, have you considered them being too weak to get out in time? Some people don't react that well when they're under the weather so maybe they tried but couldn't make it out. Plus I hope the mom cleans everything. She deserves it for going to the fricken DMV of all places with a sick child -____-
Why didn't you get out and puke?
Um why didn't you open the door and puke outside?
Because opening the door is too mainstream
Oh that sucks :/ my mom always found what she needed to do while I was sick in the car.
The door could have been locked and you don't always know when you're going to throw up. OP's mom shouldn't have taken a detour.
why wouldn't you open the door and puke?

Next time, learn to step out of the car and puke on her seat while you wait on the bench out side. then she learn.
The though of just opening the door didn't come to you... Why exactly?
