I guess you were there with someone else, like the family. There is no rational reason to go to McDonalds if you want to loose weight.

The employee can get fired for that :/ By the way, what time of day did this happen? Near the end of one's shift, and I can imagine them just wanting to go home and getting a little irritated. Still, taking cracks on physical features is a very low blow.
