Obvious scam, I feel sorry that you were so naive. But sometimes the most desperate people are the easiest scam victims. Always think - If it seems too good to be true, then it’s a scam. And if someone is giving you money or a scholarship they won’t ask for money or your bank or credit card info first. And finally, nobody gives out scholarships that you didn’t previously apply for.
Well…unless it’s the MacArthur Fellowship, then yeah. Most of the time you would have had to apply before receiving a scholarship or grant.
