Slippin' up

Today, someone told me to watch out for ice and slick spots. Gee, thanks. I could have used that information before I stepped out of my car and fell on some black ice. My left arm feels like it's on fire, and I'm left handed to boot. FML

if you live in a place that gets snow, always watch for ice... it's good to be told if certain roads are bad to avoid them or haven't been plowed etc, but you shouldn't need to be told it might be icy in winter weather.

Soooooo....there was ice in the winter...when it was probably snowing....and it's someone else's fault for not warning you?

Ah, yes, I know the kind. You step out of your car, you slip on black ice, you fall, and when you're writhing in pain, this genius will utter "Watch out for ice and slick spots."
