22% of women have visible hair on their breasts.
OUCH!!
That sucks, but i would get that checked out- more than a few hairs could be a hormonal imbalance
You can definitely request to not be seen by students or have so many people around, but please keep in mind that we students can't become good doctors unless we get experience. Most of the time, all we'll do is ask you questions, check in on you, and do a basic physical. Any invasive procedures will be run by you before we're allowed to do anything and someone is right over our shoulder anyway. I'd be surprised if there really were 8 students there though. I'm at a fairly large school and we usually have no more than four at once and if the patient's being exposed, they limit it to the one or two people working directly with them.
I pluck mine, hopefully you don't feel too bad about having hairy nipples, because it's just hair.
I think she means that they are so hairy that plucking them would take too long so shaving is a better option, and as someone pointed out, Nair warns against using in nipple area. that does suck though OP. and for the person who said to leave the hair, thats easier said than done, because when u have long hairs sprouting out of your nipples, even if there arent that many, it can et embarrassing, especially in front of the person you are having sex with. Some guys might be into it, but I think most guys would be blunt enough to criticise the girl for it.
PLEASE look up Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I have it, its a disease that among other things causes hirsutism or excess hair growth in areas like that. It may be just how your body is but check it out just in case.

Next time - pluck.
Ah, that sucks there were all those med students there. Then again, watching doctors in the field is the breast way to learn.
