Stealthy

Today, I was babysitting, playing hide and seek. I tried to jump behind the armchair, but it tipped, and I hit my head into the wind chimes, ripped the curtain rod from the wall, and smashed my knee into the wall. I lay on the ground in agonizing pain as the little girl shouted, "I know where you are!" FML

I think you may have been a bit over competitive. Next time, I suggest moving the chair to the side or finding an easier spot to hide in. There were curtains! Those make the perfect hiding spots!

I hate when that happens. Those clumsy moments are never too fun..

No ,OP was just giving the kid a sporting edge.

"I know where you are!" Poised to set the world on fire, that one. I'll bet the whole damned neighborhood heard where the sitter was. I can only imagine how explaining this to the parents went down. I hope you were holding the curtain rod and everything.

if you are older than 17 ydi. if you are younger then the parents deserve it for letting a child watch their child

OP fell while trying to entertain the child. That hardly shows lack of maturity, everyone has a chance of falling. OP didn't hurt the child.

Yeah, what 20 said, and I'm 15 and a lot of people my age babysit. the OP just had a clumsy moment and fell.

Now I know why my curtains were torn down when my kids were young enough to need a babysitter, at least you got paid for ur pain. :)

I used to play hide and seek like you then I took a wall to the knee! I'm sorry people of FML. You can now thumb me down. ):

No need to tell me, I already did when I read, "Then I took a wall to the knee!!"

The "to the knee jokes" are so old.

I know they are. But I'm stupid and it was tempting. Sorry. ):

Why is there a wind chime inside the house?
