Today, my son admitted to maxing out my credit card, gambling on a some scam website that a dumbass streamer was promoting. He's only 10. FML

It was unauthorized use by a minor. Call your credit card company and explain. They should reverse it as it was unauthorized. Then keep your money and cards away from him and ground the little shit for using your card in the first place. Make sure he knows he stole from you and how wrong that is. You don't want to have to worry about your own kids stealing money from you all the time.

This happened to me last summer, call the credit card company snd explain the situation also contact the website saying that the credit card was not authorised for use on their website. Between the two I got 80% back.

Call the card company yes, I don't think the kid understood what he was doing though. He's not a little shit.

You ought to go to Vegas and win it all back. That'll show your son that gambling is not always losing and can be fun. Kids need role models.

Is there an action that can be taken against the streamer? Cause if they are aware that their public are minors it's unethical at best and illegal at worst to promote gambling. At least it should have an impact on social media.
