Stumped

By walkingdictionary - This FML is from back in 2013 but it's good stuff - Canada - Toronto

Today, a four-year-old said a word that I didn't know the meaning of. I had to look up the definition. FML

Oh that's embarrassing, But on the bright side it'll be a pretty cool story to tell the kid when he/she's older :) Assuming you'll still know them then

Just yesterday I heard a two year old say the word "octagon" and I was very impressed. Anyway, what was the word? I also want to know!

Octagon was my 5 y/os favorite word and shape when he was two.

Kids these days. My five year old nephew taught me things about breasts I would never have known otherwise.

The five year old prolly has more recent "hands on" experience...

This, I believe, is an example of irony...

I think... I'll stick with irony. Have seen the above commentator's posts on other FML's before, and the spelling ain't changing. :) Personally, I feel that if you want to mock OP for not knowing a word, you probably should know a couple yourself. But that is just my opinion.

'dumbass' probably is the word..

I can see this four-year-old being on "Are you smarter than a fifth grader"

YDI for not telling us what the word was.
